Connect to God
Join us on Thursdays at 8pm this semester as we worship God together. Our “Connect” worship gatherings give students a break during the week to worship with brothers and sisters in Christ. Our speakers include college pastors for local churches who deal with real issues of faith.
The BCM provides opportunities during the semester to help you plug-in to a local church. Come by the BCM to check out our schedule of churches who will provide a shuttle to and from campus on Sundays.
Connect to Discipleship
Come by and sign up for one of our “Connect Groups.” These groups focus on discipleship and community through Bible Study, service projects, and brotherhood/sisterhood activities.
The BCM also hosts and participates in several retreats and conferences during the year. These include Fall Focus in Brentwood, Tn, Fall Retreat in the Smokies, and Spring Leadership Conference in Linden, Tn.
Connect to Others
Drop by on Wednesdays between 11am and 12:30pm for a home-cooked meal! This is a great time to just talk with friends and take a break from the busy school schedule. Your first meal is Free and only $2 after that!
We also participate in every major intramural sport at UTC including softball, flag football, basketball, soccer, and ultimate frisbee. Sign-ups are posted throughout the semester at the BCM.
The BCM also hosts several great parties throughout the year. Be on the lookout for the next one and mark your calendars!
Connect to the World
We take seriously Christ’s commands to “Go and make disciples” and “love one another.” During your time at UTC you will have opportunities to go on several mission trips including foreign, domestic, and local projects.
The students at the BCM also serve the homeless of Chattanooga on a weekly basis. Join us sometime as prepare sandwiches and snacks and walk downtown to share Christ’s love. We meet on Fridays at 1pm to prepare the food and walk downtown at 2pm.
